About Gateway
Gateway Property Holdings, Inc. ("GPHI"), is a Philippine corporation established in 1990 for the primary purpose of developing an industrial estate for high technology companies in the electronics and semiconductor industries. Its other objectives are promoting harmony between industrial progress and the labor sector and the preservation of the environment.

The Pacific Plaza
The Pacific Plaza Building along the bustling and busy Ayala Avenue in the Makati Central Business District was built by Gateway Property Holdings Inc.(the company behind Gateway Business Park). Standing 43 storeys tall, the Pacific Plaza is considered to be one of the pioneers of luxury urban living and is one of the first high-end condominiums in the country.
